The Stoned Frogs Coffeeshop will be an in-person coffee shop that offers cannabis products. It represents a place where you can join your fellow members of the community in a real world setting. Share joints, stories, and laughs together. Puff, puff, ribbit.
At this time, several countries are working on legalizing cannabis trade. We are discussing with our legal council and have outlined plans of the location. Dependent on the performance of our launch, and dependent on the progress of legislations of the countries, we have detailed Business Plans to create the shop in one of the following locations: The Netherlands, Spain, Malta, Germany, or Thailand. These locations present the biggest opportunity and are actively working on laws that will allow the exchange of Cannabis.
In addition to the physical location, we will be creating an online shop.
Revenue-Sharing System to Stoned Frog Holders!
Revenue-Sharing from The Stoned Frogs Coffee Shop will be dependent on the amount of staked frogs per holder. Purchasing additional Stoned Frogs creates a "Colony" of Frogs. The size of your colony determines your quarterly pay-out percentage. This is further explained below:
A Colony of 1 to 3 Stoned Frogs will get 5% of The Stoned Frogs Coffee Shop's profits. This will be distributed quarterly to the holder's wallet address. The Stoned Frogs must be staked prior to the pay-out.
A Colony of 4 to 6 Stoned Frogs will get 10% of The Stoned Frogs Coffee Shop's profits. This will be distributed quarterly to the holder's wallet address. The Stoned Frogs must be staked prior to the pay-out.
A Colony of 7 or more Stoned Frogs will get 15% of The Stoned Frogs Coffee Shop's profits. This will be distributed quarterly to the holder's wallet address. The Stoned Frogs must be staked prior to the pay-out.
The size of your colony is dependent on the amount of staked NFTs. In other words, if you own 8 NFTs but only 3 are staked, your colony is considered The Eggs (only 5% revenue-sharing) although you own 8 NFTs.
For non-NFT holders, there are benefits to using $SEEDS in the The Stoned Frogs Coffee Shop. We will offer discounted prices for customers that purchase products with $SEEDS. This is only applicable to our in-person Coffeeshop, not the online store.
Not to fear! As a holder, you will automatically be rewarded via Revenue-Sharing. In addition, we will be creating an Online Shop that offers Cannabis Products and Merchandise at discounted prices.
